Non-Licensed Products
Overview: At Galactic3D, all of our products, including cosplay helmets, armor, and printed items, are created using digital files that are not licensed by the rights owners. This means that we do not sell items that are officially licensed by companies such as Disney, LEGO, or any other entertainment rights holders. Our products are inspired by popular culture, but they do not carry official licenses or trademarks associated with these brands.
SECTION 1 - PRODUCT INSPIRATION
Our products are inspired by characters, themes, and designs from popular franchises, but they are not licensed merchandise. We use independent designs and interpretations to create unique cosplay items and printed artwork. This allows us to offer creative and customized products without the restrictions of licensing agreements.

Customers purchasing our products do not acquire any rights to reproduce, resell, or distribute the designs without proper authorization. Our items are intended for personal use only, and any commercial use or reproduction of the designs is strictly prohibited without explicit permission from the copyright owner.
Our Print Files
At Galactic3D, we prioritize quality and legality in print files. All of our print files are sourced via official, paid subscriptions with authorisation to produce physical prints from them. This ensures that we respect the intellectual property rights of content creators.
Content Licensing
Our print files are not licensed by the rights owners (e.g., Disney, Lego,Warhammer, Halo, Star Wars, Fallout,etc). They are provided by 3d designers under official paid subscriptions, which allow us to produce high-quality, legal 3D printed items for you. These subscriptions grant us the right to create and sell printed versions of these files, but do not confer any rights to the original intellectual property.
Compliance with Intellectual Property Rights
While we strive to offer unique and creative products, all items we sell are non-commercial fan created reproductions and do not claim any affiliation with the original content creators. We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our customers to do the same.
Use of Printed Items
